The Newly Renovated Faz Restaurant and Lounge-Pleasanton
"Emanating from the exhibition fireplace grill, the fragrance of Faz’s innovative Mediterranean cuisine permeates the dining room."
Acclaimed by top critics, our hotel restaurant provides a unique dining experience - a driving force on the local culinary scene. Pleasanton’s most intriguing eatery fuses familiar ingredients with innovative preparations in an impressive restaurant and pool terrace setting. Newly Renovated and re-designed, Faz Pleasanton is a full service restaurant and bar featuring the distinctive Mediterranean-style cuisine of Faz Poursohi. The restaurant features exhibition cooking with wood burning ovens, a rotisserie, and a smoker. Faz Poursohi's success as a restaurateur is based on his love of food and cooking that he acquired growing up in Tehran. His family took culinary matter seriously and their table was always laid with freshly baked breads, fruits and vegetables from the family farm. Colorful and savory, the menu combines the best of modern Mediterranean and California cuisine, and emphasizes fresh local ingredients.
